Each pattern describes widely used and generally accepted solution to a recurring problem. In this paper, we propose a novel pattern-based usability evaluation method. It uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in order to achieve numerical results based on evaluations of different systems and make this evaluation as objective as possible. We also present results of a case study about usability of several e-learning systems.
